Please note: Race Number are not responsible for the organisation of events. We handle the entry process on behalf of the event organiser.

How can I add my event to your website?

Please drop us an email here and tell us about your event. If it is suitable for our website we will add it or authorize you to  add multiple events to our website.

 

Can I enter any event listed on your website?

You can enter events which display a green tick on the main search listings. There is also a box at the bottom of an event page which allows you to proceed with the entry.

 

I am entered into the event but did not complete my payment.

You space is held in an event as soon as you enter it via the event page. If you don’t complete your payment you can return at a later date to do this. Once logged in, you can find the ‘Resume Payment’ option within the Current Entries page of the website under My Account in the main menu.

 

How long before an event can I enter?

Each event is different, all events will close once all allocated entries have sold out or the deadline setout by the event organiser passes.

 

How does an organiser know I’ve entered?

Every time you enter an event the organsier is notified via email. They can also download a spreadsheet of all entrants.

 

Where do I get my race number?

The majority of events we deal with offer a collection service on the day but please refer to the event page details for this information. If you have any questions, contact the event organiser.

 

Can I transfer my entry to somebody else?

This is up to the discretion of the event organiser not Race Number. Please contact the event organiser directly.

 

If I enter an event how do I know I’m guaranteed a place?

Each event listed on our website has been authorised by the organiser themselves and Race Number is allocated a specific number of spaces. You will receive email confirmation of your entry. The direct contact details are also listed on the event page and if you have any queries about your entry or what happens on the day, feel free to contact them.

 

I no longer want to take part, can I have my money back?

Sorry but events are none refundable. Event organisers rely on early enties to guarantee their participant numbers and it is unfair on the event if we offered a refund policy.

 

The event I entered has been cancelled, how do I get a refund?

We will consult the event oragniser and find out if the event will be rescheduled and whether or not your entry will be transferred. If the event is not rescheduled we will do everything within our power to refund your money.

 

Is your payment gateway secure?

WorldPay are our payment providers and all transactions are carried out on a WorldPay hosted page to ensure your payment is as secure as possible. We do not store any card details.

 

I missed the entry deadline, can I still enter?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer entry into an event which has closed. Some events off entry on the day for an additional charge so you’re best off contacting the event organiser directly to see if you can still get in.
